I'm not certain why he shot this image. Was it because the outhouse was under water? Or was it because the willow was probably bright orange, as it was in the autumn?
In any case green or orange it would have been pretty, though I like autumn so that's what I chose. I do wonder how they used that thing. I suppose the sinkers would just sink to the bottom slowly. But the floaters, they probably were a problem. And the paper probably also messy for a while. I also wonder how much of it floated out the back.
In any case, its never something anyone wants to wake up. And its not like they can turn off the water and just mop up the mess. Also beware of fish getting under you.
