Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

On October 6th, 1909, a head on collision, one dead, 25 injured, some seriously.
The collision was between local No. 525, south bound from Chicago and a special state fair train from Springfield to Gilman.
The regular train was pulled by Engineer Clark with Conductor Carpenter in charge.
The special was pulled by Engineer McCue with Conductor Dockens in charge. The fault lies with this train, the Engineer misread his watch, and thought that he had 14 minutes more than he really had.
The trains met on a curve west of Farmer City at 9:50 o'clock. Both engineers applied their brakes when the saw the collision coming. The regular train came to a stop an instant before the special, hit it, the special was still moving at full speed.
