Honey pie is a sweet, honey inspired pudding that is placed in a pie crust. It is sort of healthy, because its made from honey, which cures many things. And sugar comes from plants, and that could be considered healthy. But it doesn't matter, what matters is, honey makes you happy.
Besides being a confectionery treat, the term Honey Pie has an affectionate meaning, it could mean: Sweetie, Darling and Hot Cheeks.
