Original Title: A family from the consulate, Chinatown, San Francisco
Location: Chinatown, San Francisco
Leading a sheltered life for his entire life, a young boy asks his father why people talk the way they do around him. They all say mean things and he just doesn't understand. The father must explain to the child that they are jealous. They are poor and have no money, therefore they want to be just like us. We have money, we have free time, it's best to ignore them and we shall go on our way.
