Just a bit over a 100 years ago, some place in New York, there were several warm people and one confused gentleman. Its his first day in the big city and all his bags were packed. Maybe it was the heat that slowed him down, when he came across this scene. Not being from the city, being a country boy, he was confused by it all, and then walked off in a daze.
Meanwhile those that knew what was going on, it was simply fun. Street workers refreshed themselves, while kids played in the puddles.
