Fire hats come in so many colors, in this case we have three. What difference does color make? I have no idea, a I don't fight fires. I assume that each one is a different flavor or perhaps, they wear the red ones on Monday, and White on Tuesday, and so forth. Whatever the reason is, you can just choose your favorite one.
