I'll be honest, I liked the guy in the middle with the green jacket. I made it green because it looked like he both liked to stick out, and was a slob at the same time. An ill fitting jacket and a pocket watch. I assume he's the owner, he's the only one in an outfit that will get caught in a machine. And I assume there is usually more than nine people working here.
This company made ships, weapons and ordinances for those weapons, this is the shell dept. But try as I might I couldn't find any of these online, probably because there wouldn't be much left, they are bombs after all. But I found some, and they were black or brass, some had stripes, and that's what I did here.
You can see the punch clock and what looks like tea? Right next to it. It is England so maybe that's what's in there.
