Isn't this an amazing building! Both attractive and totally out of its place. Despite looking so grand, there isn't a single postcard of it. Even though it was designed to be one. But luckily the building is still standing, and quite a few of those buildings are still there, if you hunt long enough. The train never made it, its just a normal road now.
This building was designed as a courthouse, built in 1877, built in a Venetian Gothic style. It is full of detail, complete with a bit of graffiti on the roof. It has a drinking fountain on the front, detailed stained glass windows, and details are every where on this building. It really captured the Victorian times, yet the building was always out of place there. But its great they did keep this building.
If you look carefully, you'll see laundry on roof tops, along with chairs.
