I have to admit, I don't know much about the wizardly world, they are an aloof mysterious bunch. You can't make them mad or they turn you into a frog, and they get upset really easily. See in school they were kind of freaks, the odd balls, and well, they suffered through many wedgies. As adults many have vengeance in their eyes. They use shops like this to supply themselves with whatever spell they are making.
